Kamal to play duo roles in Uttama Villain

Ulaganayagan will play two roles in his next film Uttama Villain. The actor will essay two characters  one, an eighth-century drama actor called Uttaman and a 21st-century film superstar called Manoranjan. Also, the role of Manoranjan’s mentor will be played by veteran director K Balachander, who, in real life, has groomed Kamal Haasan. 

    While Oorvasi will play the wife of Manoranjan in the film, K Vishwanath will play Kamal’s father-in-law in the film. Andrea plays superstar Manoranjan’s love interest while Pooja Kumar plays an emotionally disturbed princess to Uttaman’s eighth-century persona.
