After the success the Don and Don 2, the film will now have its third sequel and Shah Rukh Khan is all set to get back into the mafia shoes. While its been three years since Don 2, director Farhan Akhtar, who wanted to take a break from action films and explore other genres, has now decided to get back with Don 3.
Producer Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed the news of the sequel. In the meantime, there was some buzz about Shah Rukh Khan not wanting to do Don 3. However, Sidhwani has said:
Don is Shah Rukh and Shah Rukh is Don! and thus there was no chance of any other actor stepping into the film.
The leading lady of the previous installments has been Priyanka Chopra.
However, she may of may not be a part of this one. Even though no
official announcement has been made about that, we hear that there’s a
strong chance of them not repeating her for Don 3.
